Introduction

Every organisation is different. The projects below illustrate how I combine business understanding, evidence-based decision making and structured execution to simplify complexity, align stakeholders and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

01 · School of Service

Consolidating operations into a future-proof platform.

Challenge: Fragmented systems created unnecessary administration and made it difficult to scale the business.
Approach: Analysed the existing system landscape, business processes and user needs. Designed a consolidated platform concept, mapped future workflows and built an AI-supported prototype in Lovable. The work combined business analysis, stakeholder dialogue, iterative development and AI-supported solution design.
Outcome: A future-proof platform concept bringing CRM, learning, communication and operational workflows together in one solution with a clear implementation strategy.

02 · Villa Fridhem

AI-enabled wine cellar management.

Challenge: Manual wine inventory created unnecessary administration and limited traceability.
Approach: Analysed operational workflows, user requirements and business needs. Designed and built an AI-supported prototype for digital inventory management with QR and barcode functionality.
Outcome: Created a clear proof of concept that supported investment decisions and demonstrated a more efficient digital workflow.

03 · KPA Pension

Data-informed planning for marketing and communications.

Challenge: Marketing and communication had become a bottleneck across multiple business functions.
Approach: Facilitated workshops, analysed stakeholder needs, mapped current processes and prioritised initiatives based on business value.
Outcome: Created a new data-informed planning model that reduced bottlenecks, improved collaboration and enabled more proactive ways of working.
