Throughout my career I've noticed something.
The people closest to the work usually know where the challenges are. They also know many of the answers.
What they often don't have is the time, space or cross-functional perspective to bring everything together.
That's where I create value.
I don't arrive with all the answers.
I help organisations uncover them.
Through stakeholder interviews, workshops, business analysis and data, I connect perspectives across people, processes, technology and business goals. Together we identify what matters most, build alignment and move initiatives from insight to implementation.
